Dale Conditions

Has anyone been to the lake the last couple days. If anyone could posts conditions and temps I would appriciate it.

Fished Fri-Sat. 7-8.

Main Lake is 45 degrees and clear. Water is about at Winter pool or slightly above....I don't monitor the specifics on this...I'm more of a gut feel/geographical check type of guy.

Creeks were stained to very stained.

Fish were looking down for both days we fished.

Around Sunset Marina today it was looking muddy versus stained at least from the bridge. Mid-lake on down is usually pretty clear as far as the main lake. The creeks at mid-lake on down may have a little color.
I was marking 48-49 degrees around Sunset Marina last Thursday. Of course that was before the cold front this past weekend.

Today:lake is coming up you see eveidence of the trash in the lake, I moved a boat from State ramp to willow grove today didnt fish but saw boats on first island and acordian bluff boats i saw were all near or on deep water,

have to make the same trip tomorrow Id say but ill check on the temp should be around 47,

color is perfect.........lots of it, id say about 10-12 ft below summer pool my guess

thanks for the info rick. hoping the warmer temps the week brings up the water temps to the 50's. if you get out thursday shoot me a msg on conditions if you don't mind.

Dale Hollow summer pool is 651ft asl. Today's level at 6am was 644.09. (7ft below summer pool)
