I kind of like having a little bit of stretch on my shallow crankbaits, and I don't see the need of a more sensitive line with these. I was mainly talking about my shallower crankbaits (bandits 200-300). These are the crankbaits I fish most often. I will usually use a 12# Gamma on these. However, on my deep crankbaits (I rarely fish these) I will use a light Flouro. I am going to make myself fish these a little more this summer - they just make my arm tired (I guess i am lazy). I have only got into them a few times on the Deep divers (DD22's) - I usually do much better with Jigs on ledges. Just haven't gained the confidence in them I guess.
