Just got done chopping up Onions, Celery, Bell Peppers, Turkey Smoked Sausage that will be the main ingredients plus Diced Tomatoes, Chicken Stock, Fresh Ground Pepper, Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning and Franks Hot Sauce for Elnut's Famous Jambalaya. We may not catch a single fish on Thursday but I will make an absolut GUARANTEE that we will be eating very good Thursday night for Supper. Don't worry Mr. Henson, I know you are reading this and your mouth is WATERING, I got 2 bunches of everything for we will have it again Saturday night. Smallmouth Capital of the World spending time with some pretty good guys, eating Jambalaya at night makes the world perfect.
