The Democrat Journal...I mean Courier-Journal shows U of L giving 2.5 points.
He he he....
What's everyone's pick for the champion? I've got Kansas.
Yep, a Pipe dream at that...Shows with the win last night that they had the easiest road to the elite 8 for sure..... Pitino must have pulled some more magic out of his hat with the Bracket committee....
Clyde just the other day you were saying that Tenn would own Louisville, now they have the easiest road, give it a rest and don't put down just because you don't like'em. How's Indiana doing, lol. NO coach has any control on where they play or whom they play, not even Ricky P can pull those kinda strings, come on dude you can do better than that. You said Tenn was a way better team than Louisville, a 19 point trip to the tool shed says different.
Man oh man my bracket is falling apart! I only got three of the four last night...thanks alot Ricky P. Why does he have to be so good? Lol! They better not take N.C.
Don ya know that just might have a shot in this game. Clyde talks of easy roads to the elite 8 how bout N. Carolina, geeeze. The play in game, a team that Boyle County High School could have beaten. Then Arkansas, please, then Washington State. And top it off with playing in their backyard with their balls to sweeten it a bit. There is your spoon fed road to the final four right there, I mean come'on. My hat's off to Western Kentucky those kids played their hearts out and to come back from 20 down and make it tight, Wow. Darrin Horn and the Hilltoppers should be a very pround bunch indeed. You are right to Don, Pitino coached a masterpiece last night. His subbing offense for defense and his half time adjustments were brilliant. That was the lowest point total and field goal percentage by the Vols this year, Get-R-Done.
Yeah, I know Indiana laid a big goose egg for the Big Ten Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. But I will honestly say that IU was playing their best basketball of the season prior to numb nuts being caught for cheating and let go... His departure just did the program in and the kids didn't have the killer instinct in them for Coach Dakich.
I guess I got to get over my total dislike for U of L's basketball team...Just the fact that for Denny Crum's 20 plus years of coaching he only had (20) kids actually graduate with a degree. Makes me plum mad that all those tax dollars went to waste on scholarships for the athletes and no Graduates to show for the money. Plus Pitino keeps recruiting kids with problems and they eventually somehow manage to screw up even more and money again down the drain. I'm not saying Indiana hasn't had a few bad apples but U of L just seems to be the worst for it. This my friend is where (my) tax dollars is going and I don't care to waste my money like that. Sorry just venting and nothing personal towards you.
Hey Mark...your boy's played an awesome game. I was pulling for them even though I had N.C. going to the final four. Man, Rick P. can put a great game on! Lexington misses him.....might not admit that in public.Lol
Don as I expected N Carolina was just too much for the Cardinals. Hansbrough is a beast and proved he belongs as one of the nations top players. My hat is off and I am sad but not ashamed by any means, they played as hard as they could. Roy Williams is a class act and a true gentlemen of the sport, Carolina deserved the win.
