Figured I'd post a Dale report for you guys.

Backlashed the toilet paper roll using the bathroom before I left...Good start. Waited for an hour, then my fishing partners decided to show up. Finally got to the state ramp at about 9:00. Unloaded into the water and started to take off...forgot the plug. Load and unload again. After the rough start, 3rd cast on a jerkbait...and WHAM a beautiful Kentucky 3lb+. Now were talking. Stayed with the jerkbait for about an hour or so and had to give my arm a break. Decided to throw a little bit of everything else since apparently a lot of patterns are working. Threw a jig, crankbait, and spinnerbait...no takers so I went back to the jerk bait. Caught 1 smallie under the slot and one in the slot plus nice largemouth all on jerkbaits. Water had some color to it around the state dock and cleared up as I went down the lake. Guys in the back of the boat mainly fished crankbaits with not much luck. Water temps were around 51 all day. All of my fish were caught on secondary points. Packed it in around 3:30.
