Fished a couple of hours yesterday, zippo!!!. When I went to the lee side, the wind switched, and no matter where I tried, it was gusting tillI finally said to heck with it. But I noticed something odd, the water was clear in some parts of the feeder creeks, and deep red in other parts,I mean you could actually see the break lines, and it was wind driven.I also noted a 3 degree temp rise in four hours of casting, mostly in the stained water. I ran into something like this last summer in beaver creek, but it looked like an oil slick, this wasn't oil.
