fished yatesville saturday morning in a small club tourney. had 3 fish with no keepers. trolling motor quit on me at 12:30 so i did not get to finish the tourney. its the same trolling motor that was just repaired last week at the shop needless to say i was not very happy.

however, first fish was on a jig in about 15 foot of water. this was caught fairly early. the next two were on a spinnerbait about 5 minutes apart. they were caught about 10 minutes before the trolling motor quit just as the water had started warming from the sun. who knows what would have happened had we got to finish the tourney. dont know what won because we left early.

Lake extremely muddy and a couple feet above summer pool. water temps anywhere from 52-55.
