Where would be the best place to launch to fish the Little Blue?

There is a public concrete boat ramp in Alton on the Ohio just downstream from the Little Blue. There is a private gravel ramp under the bridge.

LOWERIDER has us entered in the Cabelas KING KAT tourny. the 26th at Henderson Ky. on the Ohio river.
Any of you guy's familar with that area? Sure would be nice to have some Skippies or Gizzards for this tourn.
These guy's are the Pro's of catfishing.
