Talking Re: Safety Always the 1st

Hmmmmm..... Was He TRESPASSING? And was the other guy waiting on a friend, The Cops maybe? Safety is always a good thing, and just because there is water to fish doesn't mean that you can walk to it.

I was once fishing Elkhorn creek. Wading. The property owner called the cops and because I was standing on the bottom of the creek I was on his property. They said I could float the creek in a boat and that is legal.

Be Safe, Be Polite, and always have permission from the land owner.

I would be careful thinking a gun is the answer. I love guns and have many but I choose not carry one because deadly mistakes can't be reversed. Going with a friend or friends is the answer...JMO
