fished it two weeks ago with only caught one fish.......... any news on the fishing currently

Fishing is picking up...went out Sat. 4-19 and me and broinlaw caught 7 bass apiece. Two dinks and the rest were keepers. Best 5 for each was 10 - 12lbs.

what were u catching em on ? last time we caught ours on spinner baits but i wasnt sure

were you on the main lake or off in a cove/bay? I will be there next weekend.

In the creeks as far as we could go. Caught most of the fish in 2' of water. Couple on spinnerbaits and rest off of lizards.

I was there Sunday in the lovely rain also. On Sunday, surface temps were around 54 degrees and there was some stain to a lot of the water I fished. I went back Wednesday and surface temps were 68-72 degrees and the same water was gin clear. Action was so-so.

thats good to hear i think with this warm week so far these fish are probably feeding like crazy getting read for spawn... id love to go to the lake this weekend but figures i have to work.... gotta make that money for these 4.00 gas prices .... if u have any luck please let me know

Was out Sunday 4/20 at Brookville for about 4 hours without any action.

Mainly stayed in Hanna Creek area...

Really enjoyed the cold rain that wasn't predicted, but was still good to get out and cast a line.

Were you fishing in the creeks or the main lake for your keepers?
