    i've seen 30- 40 (1#-6#) bass in a shallow cove @ one time and never got them to even acknoledge my baits. Two days I spent a couple of years back trying to catch them. I stayed as far back as i could cast and nothing. IMHO i beleve they just came up from the winter and was'nt ready to eat. They were there for 3 days. The cut was about 20' wide, 20 ' long and 6"-2' deep. It was @ Dale Hollow.
