Yes Its open. I used it last week.

Yep it's open...Didn't see a place to pay the ramp fee though.

That is because, according to the lady at the COE, sometime during the winter, vandals burned it down. They also destroyed both the toilets. The good thing about that is they are putting the new toilets in the area between the swiming area parking lot and the trailor area parking lot (they will be handicapped accessable and you wont have to climb a hill to get to them) AND AT LEAST FOR A WHILE THERE IS NO PLACE TO PAY THE RAMP FEE.
