I hate real windy days however there are times when, ''The wind is your friend''. Wind blown banks that hold fish will enhance the strikes with spinnerbaits, jerkbaits and crankbaits in clear to reasonably clear water. If it's muddy or heavily stained it will hurt you. I tend to not throw spinnerbaits on still slick waters but will actually search out some chop to boost my confidence. I have know idea what Nolin looks like right now, but if you find some clear water tomorrow with some heavy chop from the wind, sling that spinnerbug and jerkbait and you just might get your arm broke.
