fished c-land 3 days this week. fished on tues with the air temps in the low 40's.......brrrrrrrrrrr. got the pleasure of riding in a friends new Z520 - WOW what a ride. caught a walleye and channel cat on swim bait -> both went to the skillet! fished again on thurs - midlake -> water temps in the upper 60's. caught some nice smallmouth and one decent largemouth (all on swimbaits -> baby E). fished today and caught 8 with 4 keepers -> (6 largemouth and 2 spots). nothing huge today but for a short 3 hr trip - a decent bite. fish caught on swimbait mainly - shadalicious and one on a fluke. water temp today 66-68. lake has very mild stain both upper and midlake EXCEPT where the wind action is mudding the bank. LOTS of fish on the BED - all 3 species. storm moving in with potential for thunderstorms and high wind tonight and tomorrow. back on the water in about 10days. good fishing and be carefult. by the way if your are wondering, not a lot of debris on the lake currently.
