    Two words from me....I concur!

There is a system of greed in this country from the elite. Not just from Oil companies. It is across the board. Everything that is wrong in this country was started with greed. Look at the difference between the haves, haves some the have nots. It is overwhelming to say the least.

They are so smart ain't they. Who is going to buy all the goods that are produced in Canada, Mexico, China and American jobs going to Mexicans when we don't have the jobs to buy it.

Lets just hire Mexicans to cut our grass, build our cars, build our houses, pure our concrete, Build our roads, paint our bridges 3 or 4 times, cook our food, pick our veggies, pluck our chickens and best yet make our underwear! These people are not idiots they know what they are doing and they are gett'n while the gett'n is good because when it breaks they will have enough to move on while we are stuck here to fix it.

Sorry got off topic a little but I think it all is rolled into the same load of crap!

I'll probably put a hundred of my tax(stimulus) check in the tank of my boat then hope it sees me thru to better times.
I'll be charging my trolling motor batteries alot.

Re: High Gas Prices = Increased Fishing Pressure on Small Waters

In replying to the origional question, I no longer fish tourney's and do fish lakes closer to home. The main thing is that I am more selective on the weather conditions and when I choose to go. Once on the lake I seem to stay and fish longer to at least feel like I'm making the best of time and money spent. Working a part time job to offset alot of rising cost and keep my head above water, so time and money has become a big issue for our recreational hobbies.
