Very little water to be fished in that area, pretty much have to stay in sulphur to avoid the Tenn License, you can snag a 3 day Tenn. license online pretty cheap.

If you head east from any of the creeks, you will be in the zone where your ky license is good. But if you go soth of trooper island you will need a tn license.
