    Beshears Creek or Floyds Fork

Wanting to take my sons and a couple of their friends out and do some creek fishing if my back can handle it. Does anyone know the status of Beshears or Floyds fork about if their up and muddy or are they fishable for tomorrow?

Thanks to all who help me out.....

Both Floyds and Brashears should be up and at least heavily stained. I crossed Floyds into Oldham Co. 30 minutes ago and it was muddy. I would go on Sunday or Monday. Either one should be good then.

Got to go fish for a while...Caught 8 fish myself...two nice LM Bass, saugar, google eye, war mouth and a few blue gill and 1 sun fish. caught them on a homemade tiny spinner bait I made. My youngest son and his buddy caught 3 and 2 respectively and my oldest son and his buddy got skunked... The water was stained somewhat, but not to bad...Had a little more current than I would have liked also.

Found out the waders I bought off of Bass Boat Central leaked to high heaven, so you guessed it the water was colder than I would have liked it to have been..... Good luck to those who venture out and hit the creeks, their biting from what I could tell......

The best thing about this fun filled few hours...Was that a 12 year old boy got to catch his first fish and I only wish I had a cam corder to have caught the wonderful excitement he had. This boy went crazy to have finally caught a fish, he'd only been one other time in his life. The yelling, facial expressions on his face were a great joy for me to witness...I hope I can lend a hand in giving more and more kids who don't get to try fishing out more often....

Glad you had a great time and you caught two fish Shawn......

Great news! Probably the best option you had till about Thursday. I like some of the areas that are boat deep. Leaky waders are a bummer...hope nothing froze up and fell off..lol.
