The past year's water levels and temps seemed to kill the striper bite around Burkesville to KY/TN state line; the recent C-Land River report suggested they're back. I hope it's true as it's the some of the most exciting fishing I've ever experenced. Is it true? Are they back? Thanks in advavce.
