Rubbing Noise From Spinning Reel

Question for Daiwa Fuego spinning reel users. I have one that makes a rubbing noise during retrieve under tension...as in just retrieving a lure through the water. When there is no tension on the line then there is no rubbing noise during retrieve. It is a new reel so wear and tear is not an issue. The noise is definitely coming from the reel and not the guides. Has anyone else used this reel and experienced the same thing? What are some possible causes or is this just how this reel sounds when retrieving a lure?

I have the same reel and it makes the same noise but not all the time. I am not sure why but it sure is annoying. For the price, it is a bit disappointing.
