That's a good one... I know that people have been catching fish in the river. Benson Creek for sure. Haven't been to GUist this year but I imagaine that the water is just about right.
Lot bigger fish at Guist.
If you are planning on going this weekend though I'm sure it will be packed there. Probably both places.

decided on river benson creek ramp caught kentucky bass,crappie ,and blue gill all on crankbait
