Fished Cumberland yesterday. Never fished there memorial day weekend and to say there were alot of boats is an understatement. Put in at Waitsboro at about 7:30 am. Went to the back half of the creeks to start out. Fished spinnerbaits, crankbaits, jigs, and topwater with no luck there. Tied on a shakey head and right off the bat a nice KY more towards the main lake. Started fishing mainlake points and was catching them good. Smallmouth and KY's. Caught one smallmouth keeper (released) that was over 4. All fish came on a shakey head. Boats were beating me to death on the main lake so I left around 1:00. Water had some good color to it on that end and was getting into the low 70's when we left.
