    McClellan's new book

He probably has some sour grapes to contend with. But if anything he is saying about the White House is false why are they not slamming a slander suit down his throat?. I am beginning to think the best way to tell if a politician or a lawyer is lying is if their lips are moving.

The lips moving is always a dead give away. This is the fourth book about the white house, and almost all of them have said the same thing, maybe there is some truth to it? Next thing you know, someone will maybe say that global warming is not a media hype by the liberal tree hugging democrats.

    Unhappy Re: McClellan's new book

Real truth to the matter is: President Bush was told by every Military, CIA, FBI, Foreign Relations people he could get in contact with, to make the decision to go to war. Congress backed the President and had the exact same information he had and agreed with the President to go to war. So you can't just blame President Bush if the war was a mistake or not...You have to blame everyone involved with making the decision to go to war in the first place.

This guy has a chip on his shoulder and he's trying to get rich by writing the book.

I still stand behind President Bush to this day on the War, and so far he's got Hussein and Osama will be next sooner or later.

That is unless Obama does for unsung reason does get elected as our next President.....You can forget about going to war with anyone...He wants to talk and make friends with everyone...... Then wait and watch as every swinging Tom, ****, and Harry attacks our Home Land again like 9/11.....

People who repeat lies over and over again eventually start to bellieve they are true.

X perts on Global Warming have been gagged and have their reports edited to stop the truth from getting out.

This type of BS has been typical of the Right wing of the GOP. Bush is an extreem right wing GOP guy.

""This type of BS has been typical of the Right wing of the GOP. Bush is an extreem right wing GOP guy.""

I don't agree that this right wing only. What did Clinton do about this? What has the left done (except cry foul like they always do)? What has Gore done? Does he drive a green car does his family? Really, has he practiced what he preaches? Does he use climate friendly products? When he was running for President (ha ha) did he and his entourage travel in economic vehicles? Did they car pool? Unless you know this guy personaly I'd bet my guess is as good as yours and my guess is he is no better than anyone else.

How about you? What have you done with all this knowledge of Global Warming? Do you practice what you preach? I hope so because if not then your arguments don't hold any water. Personaly I haven't changed a thing except drive less do to these dang gas prices!
I like Bush and I feel he will be viewed as one of the strongest Presidents we have had. JMO

    Re: McClellan's new book

Ok, so GW is the greatest (sic) president you ever had and everyone on the planet thought that there was WMD in Iraq . So now that we know other wise what the hell are we still there for? Australia pulled there final troops out yesterday saying they should not have participated from the beginning but as they did its time to button up and go home. Now I suppose someone will comment about those chicken s&*t Aussies..People are dying for what? to Protect us from terrorists, hell we can't keep illigals from Mexico out. God, I hope they don't take a notion to blow something up.

    Re: McClellan's new book

No Bush is not the greatest..never said that. I believe that he is not as bad as the left protrays him. He has dealt with some of the worst catastrophies in our History. Once History unfolds and people look back without Political motives I think they will see that he did what was right with the info and circumstances at hand.
What do you mean now that they know otherwise? There was proof that he had them. He didn't move them? Hide them? Heck he stalled time and time again and to do what? My guess is to hide the evidence. If people lied and all the intell was wrong (which i strongly doubt) how is that one man's fault?
As far as the Aussies go since when do we lay down our standard to that of Austrailia? We as a country do ten times over what any other country does for the world so we are held to a higher standard, maybe to a fault, but that's the way the USA does it.
It has just been reported that there is substantial progress in Iraq and that towns are being cleaned up. Of course that's not big on the left wing media outlets because that would hurt BO's campaign. It takes time and we can't pull out yet. What happens if we do? No war has been perfect (how could it be it's aweful) and all the grumblings are typical of any war but when it's over the real opinions on how it went come out.
Funny how we don't hear anything about the Immigration problem huh? Don't even hear about the war that much right now like before. It will ramp up as the two Presidential nominees go at it but I don't think they will do much to stop the illegals from coming in. We as a country has failed in that department not the Republicans or Democrats.

Finally Scott grew a pair and is telling the truth about the Bush Adm.

    WTG Mr McClellan.

The truth comes out eventually. LOL

I can only imagine how embarrassing this is to the GOP and right before the elections too.

Thats my question ...If it is all lies why no threat of a slander suit??? Hey Sarge speaking for myself if I could sit down and talk to some one and come to a mutual agreement or understanding I would prefer that. You may or may not know that sick feeling that never goes away once you squeeze the argument ender..If Obama tries a different approach and it works great. If it dosen't we can try something else cause what we are doing dosen't seem top be accomplishing much.

    Re: McClellan's new book

I read some of the comments on line by an independant news group and he is slamming some important people aside from the Pres. and V.P. including Colin Powell. It's another Conspiracy story according to the talk shows I listen to on the radio, Hannity and Rush (uneducated guess on my part since I did not read the book) Sounds like he had gone to the dark side and is bitter about it. Lol!!
It's old news and does anyone know...is Mr. McClellan a Democrat now? Still a Republican? Just curious.

FYI....according to the Democrat Congress gas would be cheaper once they had power....what is it now? That kool aid isn't as sweet is it? But there are some people who believe everything that they say they will fix. Consider the reasons fror gas price increases and then think why would these educated officials tell us that they could do that? How are they going to control OPEC?
Please remind me how Bush and Cheney jacked up the price of oil to get rich? And now has controlled Congress to keep it there? Maybe there was no Conspiracy that Hillary and Nancy and so on and so on stated??
