It's called Supply and Demand.... They have the supply and they demand the price. It stinks.. I believe something really rotten is happening.

Yesterday while going to see my companion in the hospital at Etown, passed the gas station at the junction of the parkway and rt 90. The fuel at that time was 3.79, on the way back I pulled in to fuel up, got to the pump, after waiting for some clown to finally get back to his car, and looked up at the big sign, the price went up 20 cents right before my very eyes. Looked at the pump price and it was still the old price, swiped my card and filled up. When i was finished I asked the guy across from me , who just pulled up what his price was, 3.99.9. Got home, and the news said the crude prices fell by 6 bucks, what happened?

Went back today, price? 379.9 24 hr price gouge. But at least I got her back from the hospital!
the usage of fuel in the USA has dropped over the last few months i think 4.36% but in china, russia and india it has risen about that much and even mexico has slowed oil production due to contract issues according to an article on msn.com yesterday. the prices are not going anywhere in fact they will just go up from here. until the USA stops being dependent on foreign oil this is what we will have to deal with, IMO but the drop in usage here will send a message and if the price gets higher that percentage will probably get higher but with three other countries using close to what we use a day the price wont go any where but up for us.
Oh no it can't be price gouging that's not going on, LAMOL.
