I use 15lb P-Line CXX in clear/blue. It is the best i have found, and it has not let me down as of yet.

Flame green Fireline. I usually color it black about 2 feet above the bait.

i like the bass pro excel in clear blue because u can buy the huge spools for like 20 bucks and they last for a long time i think there is like 6500 yards of line on them and there is 2 smaller sizes too...

Excel is the only way to go for the money.......I wouldnt reccomend nothing lighter than 14 in it though. The p-line Clear blue is good also but has a little too much memory for me.

I agree with you there. You have to change it a little more often because of the memory, but it is TUFF.
I have read alot on here about the BPS lines, alot of guys use it. I'll probably pick up a spool the next time i am there to give it a try. I hear the florocarbon is really good.

I use fluoro, so I don't have to change my line - I sacrifice sight for feel. You can still use a black light to an extent, it won't make the line glow like mono, but your eyes will adjust and you can get a read on the shore if you are close. Basically, if you here the lure splash, you are good - if you don't then you need to make other arrangements.

For a line that glows under a blacklight BPS Excel (Clear Blue Flour) and Trilene Maxx in photochromic are hard to beat. I'm not a fan of P-Line.
