fish attracters

does anybody know how to make fish attracters to put in lakes. i know some people use pvc pipe. but what do you use to help make it sink. i am thinking of trying to make some any help would be great

Chuck the best way to do it is to design the attractor..sort of like a tree( pvc tree) and use a 4 gallon bucket and a bag of quickrete..make sure and line the bucket with plastic before pouring the quickrete in so you can re-use the bucket..let it set for a day ,pop it out of the bucket and your ready to go
