Ohio River at West Point

Anyone ever fish down there? My buddy and I are heading out to run a boat tonight and I wanted to do a little fishin while we were out there....any suggestions from anyone? We're putting in on the salt ramp and heading out from there...thanks guys

if the ohio there looks like it does in louisville you may not even be able to go out tonight. the river in louisville is high, fast and choclate milk right now. we went to the falls last night and it was like the ocean. the d a m at mcalpine in louisville is wide open for the next few day.

i didnt see that the river was up that high until I just checked the gage .....looks like taylorsville instead
