    Vicious Line Review

Went out and fished about 3 hours this afternoon and was flipping some heavy grass with my new 15lb Vicious line. I have to say that I really liked it. I ended up catching about 8 fish. I caught one that went over 2 way back in the grass and by the time I got it out I wasn't even sure the bass was still in there with the 5 lbs of grass wrapped around him. I had no problems and I liked the way it handled. It will take more than one day (and some bigger fish) but it looks like it might be my new fluoro. It's less expensive than PLine (which I also really like) and made here in the USA.

I went to Cedar Creek yesterday and fished 8lb test all day. Caught 25 bass, no breaks. I liked it alot. Fished shakeyheads and wacky worm all day off the bank.

    Re: Vicious Line Review

I used the 10lb on a spinning reel, worked great for day one but after the end of the second day it had more memory than my wife (oh boy), the toughness was great I actually flipped a 3lb'r into the boat.

But to be honest I had a tourney and restrung with fresh vicious and low and behold I left the house with my freshly strung goto rod sitting on the porch so I had to use my back-up rod but it wasn't restrung, my son had bought to try "seagar" 8lb test and we strung the rod with it, man oh man I am extremely impressed... the 8lb felt as strong as my 10lb, I lost no fish, it casts great, great knots, but the best benifit is I have been using it for 3 weeks and it still feels like new. I've fished 4 or 5 nights a week using it. I will actually save money by stepping up to the better line - because I won't change as often due to extenisive memory.
