Two Ohio River Questions

Looking for ramps to the Ohio in the Prospect/ Goshen area of KY. I don't mind paying a few bucks but don't want to drive to Cox park to the south or Westport to the north ($$ gas). Seems that most of the marinas with ramps have big "private property" signs. Any advice?

Second question: any good places to catch bait in this area?

Thanks, So you pull into the marina? Where is says "members only", or something like that? That would be a good place for me to launch.

Go straight back through the parking lot of Captains Quarters, there is a ramp in the back. The guy who owns it is Steve. He charges 5.00 to launch, sometimes less for small boats. After you launch, go back in the creek about 1/4 mile, there is a small marina on the right, at the Harbor Condo's. Throw your net at the mouth and in the marina. Keep your eyes open to, and from for flips in Harrods creek, Dave.
