For the record, I am by far a good hunter and I have never went to a canned or fenced hunt, but I do not judge others for doing so. I will never hunt inside of a fence because it is not my style, but that's neither here nor there. When I was a child, my parents took me to Trout Haven in Estes Park in Colorado. It is a stocked pond with...you guessed it-Trout. I had a blast and caught some nice fish. These days I would not pay to fish a pond such as that because I have a different style than when I was 5. I don't disagree with it and especially on a public forum where PETA members lurk to see what "cruel" things us outdoorsmen and women are doing these days to hunt, kill, and eat God's creatures. The way I look at it is that it's peolpe like yourself that make exceptions to the rules based on your morals and ethics which in turn benefits these tree-huggin' radicals. When you make an exception to something such as this, you give them a leg to stand on. Same as if the liberals want to ban assualt rifles and you make an exception because all you own is pistols and shotguns. Well, guess what? Next they want your pistols. You just then screwed yourself because you made an exception because of your own beliefs, morals, ethics, etc. You can disagree with me here all you want, but all I say is don't degrade your fellow hunters and fisherman to make a personal point. I really don't care about your opinion, but they do, and more than likely...your statement gave them motivation to pursue taking another right from us.
