Fished geist today and did very well had a good time. I was wondering has anybody ever cought any wipers out at geist because i caught a small one today and i've never seen and hybrid stripes in their? Just found that interesting and don't know if that is a good thing or bad thing for that resovoir, and i fish it often......later

Are you sure it's a wiper and not a white bass? The frog bite was on yesterday wasn't it? I fished a different lake yesterday and the frog was the hero of the day.

I threw a frog early that morning and caught a couple of keepers. It was a wiper because the stripes were broken? I just hope if they are wipers they don't eat up all the shad, but you never know their may be too many shad and it may help....just a thought
