Ok guys. Thanks for your help. I tried everything and still couldnt get them to work. I would have lights sometimes at the rear of the trailer. Finally after pulling all of my hair out, i swallowed my pride and took it to a buddy, who does this for a living. He did a quick check on it and began pulling his hair.
I had bought the stuff to rewire the trailer, so we decided to to that. I have a trailer that the tounge comes off of, so i took that off and we were starting to see how to pull the new wires through. And inside the part where the tounge disconnected we found a male/female connector.
It was just like the 7 way that is on the end of the truch which the 4way plugs into. We took it out, and it was corroded. We by-passed it and wired straight to the wires and problem solved. It was just getting a bad connection.
I wonder why they would put a 2nd connector in the middle of the tounge? That is just something else to go wrong. I never knew they were there, of course i have never had this problem before.
Thanks for everyones help and ideas. Just thought i would post this and let everyone know, just in case you ever have that problem. Thanks Warren
