Very interesting reading but my testing is that I don't use it at all. It has cost me fish when it shouldn't have plus I don't fish clear bodies of water that often. 14#, 17# and 20# Excel for me! To each his own...

So what did it mean? As with a lot of important information, the info was clouded with un needed facts.When I see graphs, and charts and stats, an alarm goes off. While figures dont lie, a lot of liars figure. Besides I bought enough swea gar to last me a life time, 150yds of 15 lb test. I applaud your efforts to give us some info,but one thing bothers me, if three plants make the stuff, why are there 15 brands?

I have found so very often what works for one might not work for the other. Fish what you know and trash what dosent work for you. At least you tried it.
