I was never very good at econnomics, my wives handled the finances, I provided some of the money.Yeah there were a lot of things I felt we needed, but since my income didn't exactly fit my champagne tastes, I got beer instead. I thought that the government was supported by us tax payers, by taxes paid by us. thats all I know about econ101. But now I understand that we have been borrowing money from other countrys. Great idea! Almost a trillion bucks.Why didn't I think of that? But then that nagging woman would say "how would you pay it back" Now my buddy Mario down the street always had money to loan, but he said something about 'vig" wats dat?

Gee I'm about to really show you dudes how old I am! Anyone remember WW11. I remember buying victory stamps, only a penny, and then there were war bonds. Why cant ordinary citizens buy low denomination treasury notes? . They could be printed in India, to save the GPO the hassle and cost, that way they could still turn out massive volumwes of the congressional record that no one reads.This could give some lower income folks a way to at least get a little of the money that is being out as interest to other countrys.Of course by the time congress figured out how to make this as clear as income tax forms, why not sell them to mexico? Or why not sell them to american businesses?, but most of them are already in mexico.Guess it was a bad idea , we would need a government committee to study this, then a congressional budget committe to study it again, then it would need to be submitted by congress, where ammendments not pertaining to this would be added,and then studied again, and printed by the GPO, and the cost would over run anything that could have been gained. Isn't democracy great!
