The Bowling Green Firefighters Association will be hosting the 3rd Annual Open Bass Tournament on Saturday, September 27, 2008 (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) at Barren River Lake - Port Oliver Boat Ramp.
This is a three fish tournament. $30.00 per person with 50% payback - 1 place per 20 entries. All fish must be 15" or larger. Also, we have the Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler Big Bass award $500.00 for the single largest black bass.
An additional $250.00 will go to the highest finishing Renegad Marine boat owner. Must have purchased your boat at Renegade Marine (new or used).
In addition to the payouts we will have lots of door prizes, a raffle and lots of fun! all proceeds will be used for the Shop With A Firefighter program (a program that allows underprivileged children to Christmas shop with firefighters at no cost to them)
Sign-up early for a good boat number. Boat numbers will be given in the order entries are received. Early entires will be accepted by mail until Sept. 10, 2008 or register in person at Ranger Bob's Bait and Tackle. All other entries will be accepted the morning of the tournament at Port Oliver Boat Ramp.
