Went to cumberland tuesday night, the lot at grider was full, and so was the single car space, so parking your trailer and then launching would have been too much of a hassle. So went to holcumbs. This is the first time i have used the new ramp, and it was an ordeal.Wont go back unless its under duress, or someone else drives, I'm too old and that walk up everest, wasn't my cup of tea. But I degress. After watching the parade of rtrucks and 20+ ft cruisers and ski boats going through burkesville. I'm not the least concerned about the future of gasoline prices. At trhwe quick mart in town, watched a hoosier run up 170.00 bucks of fuel, and he said he was heading to the lakeAnd this was only a 20 ft bass boat. So no matter what the price, folks are going to use those toys that they paid big bucks for. So I'm not going to cut back, so some pleasure craft can use up the fuel.I'm going to use as much as i can comfortably afford, and then some.I'm not rich, and I'm not poor, so it is uncomfortable for me, but not a dire concern. I'm going to follow the " let the next guy worry" attitude.Seems there are a lot of folks doing that. Why watch a parade, when you can be in it?

Yep you gotta go when you can! Just have to adapt and learn to pay to play...within reason of course.
I'm like the blonde that said, "What's the big deal. I always just put $10.00 in my tank." !!!
