why not just buy a bunch of punisher jigs and finish them yourself? I was into jig tying, and do it were the best there were at that time. Butits a great way to pass time, and you may save a few bucks a year, but time is money. Call punisher, maybe they can put you onto a good source for molds. My preference at the end was synthetic hair, and flaskabou, those jigs would shimy with minimum action. But the eyes started going.

I tied at least 150 to 200 different types of jigs from Jan to May this year. I have made crappie jigs using marabou feathers in about 5 different colors.

I went to BPS and bought several different types of Football Jigs in assorted weights and tied them using an assortment of Buck Tail, Black Bear Hair and a combination of both plus using the Marabou as a teaser. I took pictures of all the Bass Jigs I made and can send to whoever would like to see them.

Plus I made some with out weed guards, standup type jigs with the round heads and lastly.

I made about 100 different jigs using the Flat Type jig style with no weed guard. These are an assortment of Bear Hair, BuckTail, Marabou, and Cow Tail. All the Heads are painted and eyes painted on them to mimic a shad.

Do it probably has the best selection of molds out there. Hilts used to have a few. The other option is making your own mold. If you have a jig head that you like you can make a bondo mold from it. Not something that you would use for production of jigs, but fine for personal use.
