I really like those too. Charmer's just put out a 10 in. gator tail that I like even better (softer, and scented). I love the action on these.

Fellas if you haven't tryed these do so, the action is tremendous. Alot of water thump from these tails and you can reel them up on top and wake a nice wake with'em to. I destroyed bass in two ponds last night with these worms, and went through almost a whole bag. Lost count but I can tell ya I don't have any skin left on my left thumb. The tail wags so hard it actually makes the entire worm shake from side to side like that of a swimbait, try them guys I think you'll like.

Thanks for the compliments on the Charmer's. We'll have 4 new colors out the end of this week.

charmerbaits.com, Charlie (I think that was his name) gave me some bags of his Timber Pups to try out a month or so ago at Ky Lake and they are great. They have some retail outlets on the website
I'll look at those "G" tails but we use to take paddle tails to do the same thing.![]()
i agree - started using last year and found the largemouths here on cland see to enjoy them. really good tail action as you noted. use them during day and night and have caught fish on them also.
Gonna get some this afternoon.Might even tie it on the old C-rig.
G-Tails...I'll have to try em...does sound like it would be a fantastic night bait if it moves that much water. I might take one, dip the tail chartreuse, and call it a G-Tail with a Q-Tip...
Actually, just looking at that thing online, it reminds me of the old "Hank's Worm" from Mann's. I caught a ton of fish on Hank's Worm back in the day under the cloak of darkness.
Charmers hasn't gotten them on their website yet but you can email them at [email protected] to get the info. The Cabin and Fisherman's Headquarters at KY and Barkley have them in stock.
