I noticed one post about using paypal to subsribe or something

Didn't Ray Rigsby have something to do with that web site in the past or is this something new and different.
Indiana Smallmouth Alliance (INSA) is a not for profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Smallmouth Bass here in Indiana. As such, we do have a membership fee for becoming a member but this does not limit anyone from visiting our web site as there are some features available to non members. 100% of funds taken in are returned to the resource, period. We currently have several projects going that are helping Smallmouth Bass habitat in Indiana 's waters and we work closely with IDNR on a regular basis. That being said, IDNR has their own agenda and we cannot/will not speak for them on the issue of stocking smallies anywhere in the State.

Our organization has nothing to do do with Mr. Rigby or his endeavors.

That is not exactly true. I am the sole founding member of that group. I hatched an idea and called on Brian Waldmans expertise to help launch it. What you have today is a direct result of my dedication, hard work and endless hours over 10 years getting it launched.

Yes I had a smallmouth only site from where the original members were brought into the Alliance. It is now hoosierbassin.com and is more directed @ all black bass species. We switched the name to better distinguish between the conservation group and the web site. You should research and have facts available before typing.

    Sincerely, Ray Rigby
