    Kentucky River Muskies

    Any one got any news on where their biteing and what on, i cant seem to coax them into biteing but have heard that its a great fishery for muskie any help would be great!

    the Irvine pool is a real hot pool right now, big spinnerbaits!!!

    i fish canada for muskie every fall with big black yellow and red spinners with double hooks and big blades will these work or should i use bass spinners?

    use the full size musky spinnerbaits....Grimm Reaper is my favorite in white with gold blades....2 Oz.

    Here is were you will find a bunch of seasoned Vets that can help you on the river. They will be congregated on the Red Bird and Goose Creek this coming weekend. Its a blast and lots of fish to be caught.

    ( 4 pts. for 30” fish and larger, and 1 pt. for each inch above 30”)

    Directions: From I-75, take the Hal Rogers Pkwy exit at London, east towards Manchester approx. 23 miles – then left on #421, Manchester exit. Continue on 421 thru town , approx. 9-miles to Rt #11 and turn right on #11 north and go 2 miles. Turn left on Collins Fork Rd. ( 2-story cream colored house and tobacco barn on corner ), Lynn’s house and building is on 1st right.



    From Morehead area get on Mountain Pkwy and take Rt. #11 exit south and continue on #11 to Oneida. Stay on # 11, from Oneida, Lynn’s house is 10 miles, turn right on Collins Fork Rd



    Lynn has offered to let us camp at his house and use his building if you would like. For those who would want to stay in a motel there is a Best Western right off the Hal Roger’s Pkwy at the Manchester exit.
