There are several "humps" in T-ville lake ... but, the one place that most people are calling the "Hump" is in the horseshoe bend at mid-lake. The Horseshoe bend is the sharp turn in the lake, between Heddy Creek & Candy Branch. If you're coming from Possum Ridge, heading up towards Van Buren, the Horseshoe Bend will have a mud bank on your right and a tree lined bank on your left. Straight out from the mud bank point, towards the tree lined bank side ... look for three tall tree trunks close together, and line up with them. As you leave the mud point, heading towards those trees, the water depth will start dropping down ... but, then starts coming back up before you're 1/3 of the way across. There's some wood cover on that "hump" ... that's about in 12' of water. Not too much of it left, though, as I remember ... and it's been 3-4yrs since I was there, so maybe even the three tree trunks aren't standing, either. Nonetheless, you ease around in the area of that mud point, about 1/3-1/2 way across to the other bank, and you'll find it. And don't point the boat towards the bend part of the tree lined bank ... cut straight across towards the straight part of the bank, before it starts to curve.
Shakey Head is correct, about the "other" hump .... if you're coming from Possum Ridge, head towards the dam. When you pass Settlers Trace Marina and get past the no wake area ... take the first right, and shut'er down - you're there. Used to be a buoy out there, since it is a rock hump ... but, don't expect one. It's about 1/2 way between the point and opposite bank.
There's also "supposed" to be a hump out on the main lake, across from the mouth of the creek at the dam, and about 3/4 of the way towards the opposing bank. It's 30' deep, sitting in 50' of water. Map says it's there, but I've never found it.
All three are supposed Hybrid hotspots ... and I've had decent success trolling the first two I mentioned. But, again ... it's been a few years.

Man, I had a great day fishing that hump many years ago (it's pretty huge). It was a coudy day in May I think... We were dragging a double grub rig and just hammered the hybrids!!! I think we caught about 75 or so that day and had them up to 4+ pounds. Most were 12-15" and good fighters!
thanks for the info guys I will try the one just past settlers trace on the right.

oldmanboat,
There is a big hump mid lake right out from Chowning boat ramp.
Great for trolling little crankbaits or bouncing grubs around!!
It's pretty big and you should be able to find it.
It's been a while since I fished up there. But I believe if you put Chowning boat ramp at about a 45 degree angle to your right when your at or about mid lake you are real close. It's pretty big you may be able to see it on a topo map.
Good luck!
