Hey Ranger519, what # do you use? I was going to try a 30# on my baitcaster and maybe 10 or 15# on one of my spinning reels. What do you think. Is 20# to small of a diameter to cast on a baitcaster??I've been using fireline with crank baits since it came out works good for me & when you get hung up you don't lose as many crankbaits as with mono. i've also used it night fishing wormin & it works good i can feel the bottom & bite better with it. I started using the suffix braid last fall & i beleive i like it a little better than fireline i just got some of the suffix neon fire i'm gonna try out next week. just my 2 cents worth!!

I use it in ranges from 8/1.5 to 30/8, on bait casting and spinning. For all spinning if you are into cranks, the 15/4 will cast a mile, and you feel thewobbleand wiggle of most cranks, just back off on the drag, and no need for jaw breaking hook sets. But I use mostly green or grey, and a flouro leader.A 15 lb flouro will do very well to begin with.Dont try to use your hands when pulling on a snag, this stuff can seriously cut you.My choice is stealth, price is the only reason.
I use 10# for about everything .
