Need Stoner Creek report

Thinking about doing some bass fishing. How's the fishing there.
Any size? Any quantity?

There wasn't really much of a pattern there last week...

I had to fish right in the middle of the day, but fought for a couple small fish. Early AM or late PM is probably better. The moss was building, but not too bad from the forks down to the dam. Caught mine on buzzbait and a small jig...

Can't catch'em from the house though, so good luck, and get ready to sweat!

The earlier the better, even fishing late is still too warm. Try a buzz bait and a finesse worm. Don't expect any size though, good luck.

Went to Frymans Wednesday evening/night and again Thursday afternoon. The bite is definately better late evening and after dark. Had pretty good luck with 7" plastic lizards. Got two on wed. that were between 3 1/2 and 4 pounds..both of them between the rock walls before the fork. vegetation has taken over strodes and stoner past the forks...had a couple strikes with a scum frog in the evening.
I think the big ones are there...just getting harder to find. good luck.
