If they invited the networks why not invite Fox? In addition all the networks stated that they have given Obama more air time than McCain I heard that on NBC. What are you talking about?

I watch Fox, NBC, ABC and CNN and I'm more than confident in saying your off base on this one. All the networks have an agenda, nothing wrong with that if you understand that when tuning in. Now we ALL know the agenda of the other networks with this stunt. I know J.J. doesn't like fox because he was exposed on how fair and how balanced he is. LOL! Fair and Balanced Baby!

It was one of the main stream cable tv networks. I can't remember which program. It may have been Camble Brown's show tonight.

But it was all about your question. I guess your question is a GOP talking point that Fox is pushing.

But according to the other stations Obama invited them to go along with him.

And that sounds like something that Obama would do. He's been pretty open about his life.

And he does well with the media. They may like him because he is telling them the truth and is more open to them than the current administration which has done nothing but try to keep every thing a big secrete.

You must admit that Bush and his administration have not been the most forthcoming. One of the first acts that G. W. Bush did when he took office was to seal his daddys presidental records. I thought that was strange when he did it back in Jan 2000. It made it appear to be hiding something.

And Cheney's energy meetings were all held in secret. The News has said that he had about 50 oil types in the meeting and one or two others during the course of his meetings on energy policy for the USA.

We can all see where that got us. $4.12/gallon gas on average with some areas charging up to $5.oo/gal for gasoline

But we have discussed all that infinitem.

Everyone has some sort of Agenda. My agenda is to try to tell the truth and then to look at what's said and see if it makes any sense.

Everyone has some bias of some sort. That's something that we all have to remember. But there are good biases and not so good biases.

Fox is the most biased cable TV station IMHO. Not saying that they don't have some good new coverage. Gretta is pretty good and I like to watch her. But I started to watch her during the OJ trial. She did a good job of helping the people understand how to figure out how the law worked.

You might check the cable news MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN web sites to get the story.

But I do remember the TV program telling the audience that McCain never did invite the new media to travel with him to Iraq. Now that I am 100% confident that they said that on one of the TV programs tonight.

I can agree that everything in your reply was what you heard on one of the Liberal channels. That's fine and really doesn't matter one way or the other because news is news.

I can't imagine how you can say Obama tells the truth and has his life open for the world to see. He has been very hush hush over his dealings with the shady characters in the past. He doesn't want his wife to be a target...hello! That's the way it's done around here in politics! The world and U.S. can't "change" because "change" is the "change" that he is running on.
He "changed" his website to hide his past comments on the war. How is that being open? He is hiding.

Maybe after seeing the war first hand he can see that the surge is working in Iraq and he can "change" his view for the third time and of course his website will reflect this "change".

As the candidate for "change" he is correct because he "changed" his stand on so many things that his mantra of "change" is spot on.

The upcoming Presidential debates should be good for all of us. All this showmanship will be over and some of the topics will be on the table.
I'm really more intersted in the economy, energy, illegals, war on terrorism and taxes. The rest is just garbage.

Our economy is in the tank right now. GM laying off, Airlines laying off. It won't take long for all these layoffs to "TRICKLE DOWN" to the rest of us.

Here where I live Toyota is stopping production of their big truck and big SUV. Now Toyota hires a lot of "part time" workers and they are all being laid off. The Full time workers are safe for now. But all the companies that surround the TOYOTA plant in Princeton, IN are shutting down and laying off folks big time. Production at Toyota may be retooled to build the smaller Toyota Vehicles. GM may not be able to do the same thing.

We can't ignore the downfall of the US Economy when we have oil at $140/barrel.

I saw last night that the House tried to pass new legislation to get the oil companies to start drilling on America Soil to help bring the price of oil back down in the USA. But the GOP members of the house blocked the legislation.

The GOP says drill more and drill now in TV sound bites but when it comes to voting to drill more on the house floor they bailed out. I guess the GOP is not serious about drilling for more oil in the USA controlled land and in our Offshore locations.

You make a huge mistake when you ignore the main stream media as that's where most folks get their news. Only the far right wing nuts listen to Rush Limbaugh and Fixed news.

When anyone dismissed all the information that's given by MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC and CNN then that tells me that they don't have all their facts. That's not a good thing.

Not one canidate yet to my knowlage has touched on illegal imigration. This along with energy and the economy should be the top issus but both parties want the hispanic vote. The illeagles cannot vote and do not pay any taxes, but if they have a child born in this country they can get food stamps, which the whole family benifits from, medical and also welfare checks. My community here below Owensboro Ky is so full of illeagles that it seems like Mexico. They have no drivers licence, ins etc. All the stores have bilingual signs and there is a lot of them associted with Mexican gangs. It has gotten out of hand. Yes some are hard working folks and nice people, but if it was you or I illeagle in another country we would be in big trouble. They are causing a big problem in this country finically, as most of there cash they make gets sent back to Mexico or Central America to their familys. My family came over her over 150 yrs ago legally from Germany/Dutcheland and did it all legally they need to do the same. I am not against imagration but do it legally like our families did. And also do you relize that when a illegal knocks up a citizen and he go back to where he came from that we as taxpayers pay for that childs medical and welfare until it is 18 and the illegal does not pay any child support or nothing. Dude your right on! One of the most important issues that these two bafoons will not address is killing the country. Look at the stats of California as an example of what is coming if we do nothing. Why can't they get it through their heads? Oh I know they want the Hispanic votes, illegals and legals so noone will step forward and commit to that. The two party system is aweful and corrupt. Whats this about riots? Did you hear this, or is the precursor to the new media hype? A free press is one of things that was supposed to guarantee us the right to unbiased views. How much free press is there actualy in this country? Murdoch, not a citizen owns a great deal of it. Sponsers or the ad agencys that cater to private interests control another part.
