The Media LOVES Obama

I wonder why the media did not show this

Hello everyone,

As you know I am not a very political person. I just wanted to pass along that Senator Obama came to Bagram Afghanistan for about an hour on his visit to "The War Zone". I wanted to share with you what happened. He got off the plan and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet with the Major General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram. As the Soldiers where lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and didn't say a word as he went into the conference room to meet the General. As he finished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big top tent that military personnel can play basketball or work out in with weights) so he could take his publicity pictures playing basketball. He again shunned the opportunity to talk to Soldiers to thank them for their service. So really he was just here to make a showing for the American's back home that he is their candidate for President. I think that if you are going to make an effort to come all the way over here you would thank those that are providing the freedom that they are providing for you. I swear we got more thanks from the NBA Basketball Players or the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders than from one of the Senators, who wants to be the President of the United States. I just don't understand how anyone would want him to be our Commander-and-Chief. It was almost that he was scared to be around those that provide the freedom for him and our great country.

If this is blunt and to the point I am sorry but I wanted you all to know what kind of caliber of person he really is. What you see in the news is all fake.

Funny but this does not sound like Obama to me. Surely a soldier who supports McCain would not make up a story about Barack like the Naval Scumbags did with Senator Kerry and the Swift Boat jerks.

Swift boat 527 group ran attack ads that lied about Senator Kerry's service to our country. They did a great dishonor to the military by attacking a guy who won the silver star for his bravery. They mocked the Silver star winner and that's disgraceful and unpatriotic.

BTW: Senator McCain has hired the Swift Boat guy and put him on his campaign staff. That shows McCain's true colors. He says he has honor and then surrounds himself with scumbags who lie about US Senators.

I'll tell ya why cause it's pure bullcrap and anyone with a functioning brain knows it. Obama has been greeted by every troop he has come in contact with and all have shown respect towards Obama not the BS your trying to pass off here. Some of you here drink way to much koolaid from the fix news network or the drug addict and hannity on the radio. If you were an American stuck in Iraq by bush and company for your 2nd,3rd or even 4th tour who would you want as your president...someone who wants to keep you there forever or someone who wants you to come home alive sooner than later? Easy choice if you want to live a long life in this country...............Hell even the iraqis want us out of their country sooner than later. Atleast someone is listening to them instead of being deaf, dumb and blind to the obvious which is trying to prolong the failures of the past 7 years plus till they can get out of town which can't come soon enought for a majority in this country and the world..

Not sure you made your point very clear? All I read was Liberal garbage. Are you saying that the Dems are ending the war? Nobama is going to send more troops to war. So how does that work? How many was it? 15k, 30k? Going to Afganistan as I understood from CNN.

Listening to them? That's all he should be doing, instead Nobama is overstepping protocol by being the acting Commander in Cheif trying to negotiate Foreign Policy as a Senator, (that tidbit of info came from CNN in case you wanted to check it out).

He is out of line and full of himself. Heck he even made his Foreign Policy speech before listening to anyone in Iraq. How smart is that? By doing that he had to clean his website up to erase all the evidence of his previous bogus statements. Shows what a power hungry politician can do huh?

So the days of McCain flip flopping are gone (actually they will always be there he is a politician). Now we have the Nobamaflipfloparama show! Ain't it grand!! LOL.

Furthermore I was watching John Kerry on CNN saying the surge looks like it worked but really things are not as good as it seems (go figure). Then Nobama is saying that it worked well and it really seems that we can get out in 16 months. Hhmmm maybe they should have got their stories straight before getting on t.v.?

I hope we get out of Iraq and clean up Afganistan but only when it's time.
