To all who fish the CR...be careful. They are not posting on the TVA web-site nor are they telling the proper information on the phone recording at the dam about the water release schedule. I checked the web and I called, and both said there were no generators running all day on Saturday.

But they ran water through the because the river was up FINALLY! There are several who are parking their rigs in the river bottom...I believe that's a risky idea these days. Just making sure nobody has to fish for their truck and trailer!

Fishing was great. All but a few were in the slot and the fish were pounding it! One almost pulled the rod out of my hand! We tried a new technique and it was helpful. Overcast morning and the running water was helpful as well.
