    Dead heat

Recent Gallup polls have the sainted one and McCain in pretty much a dead heat. What happened to the 10 point lead? Reality is setting in folks. (Thank God.)

Worried yet Moose? Better call Nancy Pelosi and tell her to write him some new buzz words besides change to make up for his total and utter lack of substance. If he does get elected, I'm sure looking forward to my $1000 check from his oil company windfall profits tax. Then I can turn around and pay it back at the pump when the tax gets passed on to us by the oil companies.

My wife told me Obama says he wants to repeal Bush's tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans. He said later it would apply to families bringing in over 75k a year. I'm sure many of you have a combined family income over 75k, so let me be the first to congratulate you on instantly attaining America's wealthiest status.

As time goes on and he gets more desperate, he'll be spoon feeding his followers yet more of his ground breaking ideas of change. Why who would've known if you keep your vehicle tuned, your tires properly inflated, and avoid jackrabbit starts, you can actually save gasoline. That's the kind of wisdom we need from the leader of the free world I tell you.

    Talking Re: Dead heat

The only reason that Mcain has come up in points is that evryone found out that his wife owns a beer distributership. And the way the current admin has been doing things the last 8 yrs we need beer if he gets elected so it will seem like a drunk dream for the next fours years. Cause I would rather stay drunk than have 4 more GOP years like the last 8.

    Jim,
Yep, this is one special dude. All this time we thought we had a problem with oil and to think it was something so simple as air and tune ups. He said we can save as much oil as we would get from drilling just by doing this. Man this is one sharp cookie! No wonder people love him....him is so smart, him make me happy! *grin*

Oh and thanks I knew I would be rich one day!!!!

$75,000 a year there goes the middle class. I would hate for someone to get a job and earn their own way. Lets tax (punish) the people who do what they should and give to the one's money who don't.

    Re: Dead heat

That figure of $75,000/year will be reduced to joint income of $35,000. Tax the workers and the one's that have saved.

Hold on to your wallets boys. It's not going to be pretty.

The gubment has to steal enough of our money to support the no good trash that won't get off their rear ends and work.

Oh and our gubment officials mustn't miss a day of work running for another office and at our expense.
