I just don't understand why it's worth your life or somebody else to catch a fish. I fish Cannelton all the time in a 14' tri-hull, a small boat but safe if you watch what your doing. I don't fish in the swift water and I stay away from the discharge area. There are signs posted stay back 150' for a purpose. These waters are not safe for any size boat, but I see people fishing within the 150' foot line all the time. Why isn't this better enforced? I see people fishing next to the lock discharge and it clearly says stay back 300'. My brother witnessed a boat getting caught up in this discharge once. After some screaming and some panicking they where all right and I bet they learned their lesson. Come on people, READ THE SIGNS!!
