Most generations of my family has been in the service including myself and I know it means alot to you after reading your family's service history. I never like to hear or read anyone throwing disparageing remarks toward someone who served be it war time or peace.
I did 4 years in the Army but my dad did the 30 years tour in the Navy and was a Master Chief. To this day he is proud of what he gave and I am as well.
