I agree with Bobby, Island and South are pretty good. Know a couple of "no name" ponds that have some monster gills but I think they are private now. Won't be no Peabody in a few years.

Do you know of a web site that I can get enough detail map of the area your directing me too with a map with roads indicated i can take to these lakes you suggest thanks
They used to give maps out when you bought the permit but I haven't asked for one in years. I have looked everywhere for one of my old ones but can't find it. With the recent selloff they are probably no good anyway. If I can find a map, I will be able to tell you but it's one of those "I know how to get there but can't tell you how to things". It's towards the back end of Wysox road on the left, but it may be private now, I just don't know.
That will help, IM working off the map you mentioned, it says it was up dated 06-08. IM not to far from Bobby's store Il take what I have maybe he can hwlp
Rick give me a PM And I can get in touch with you and get you there, You must have that 15$ permit and also South and Island lakes close to fishing oct15th, to protect the ducks and geese. But good rabbit hunting is there.
I think more people rabbit hunt there than fish. I'v been there in January and it's like a mall at Chrismas.
