    Dale 3/1/17

Today I was only able to get out for a couple hours water temp 52.6, stain in the creeks.
Not sure why the smallmouth are so slow to move out of deep water, perhaps it's my timing
just catching them after they move back to the deeper water. I drifted shad on the bottom near the bait balls mid way in the creeks.

Good report, Thanks. I figured the wind would be howling down there like it was here.

Wind was rough, it was helping for a while, but once it got so strong a 3/4 ounce egg sinker couldn't keep the bait in place
    I gave up
